I then brought it to an authorized Honda dealership for their inspection.  They produced a short video confirming that the car was unsafe to drive.  Still shots from their inspection video are included with this complaint.  I then consulted with a well-regarded body shop who confirmed that the car was unsafe to drive and that it probably could not be repaired.
