I contacted Victoria Debnam and she told me the service would take care of it.  I returned with my Titan and that took a few minutes.  I went home and checked the bolt.  The new bolt looked different from the OEM bolt.  I contacted her and complained but she didn't respond back.  Then I contacted the Nissan Affair and they told me to show up.  So I showed up and went to see Robert Paolucci about the bolt issue.  They put up an OEM bolt as other factory bolt.  After a few days later, I went under and inspected the new bolt.  The bolt is no longer tightened.  I contacted Robert and Jonathan Flores via email and call but they haven't responded back.  The previous bolt had already damaged the threaded hole of the frame.  I did contact the Nissan Affair about the issue and they haven't responded back.  Robert Paolucci texted me and selling tires and I replied back that he needed to contact me about the bolt issue.  Since the non-OEM bolt damaged the hole in the frame, which can rust and corrode the frame.  The frame repair could be very expensive.  I don't know how they address the hole which they need to change the whole frame.  The service needs to find a solution to that damage.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"TITAN","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
