My vehicle has had this happen 3 times now. When I\u2019ve contacted my dealership they always tell me there\u2019s no recall etc!  When traveling on a highway in warm weather\u2026.the rpm goes way up and you can not accelerate. When you pull off and shut the vehicle off and start it again. It will work fine. I just read that Nissan had put a \u201cgovernor \u201c on the transmission as a safety feature. And this was the suggestion to pull off and shut vehicle down for 10 minutes as this \u201cresets\u201d it!  I was not made aware of this malfunction!  When I called Nissan today the agent told me there was an extended warranty on my vehicle but it expired January 2022!  There is ABSOLUTELY no warning this will happen.
