Using an OBD2 scanner I was able to recover the following code \"P0087 Fuel Rail Pressure/System -Too Low Bank \". Upon trying to restart the vehicle to no avail it gave this code \"P00C6 Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low - Engine Cranking Bank 1\".  Using an Auto Agent EZ Lynk I was able to see the fuel pump was putting out 125PSI but the Injector pump has a desired output 4.5kPSI but was only putting out 0.3kPSI and wouldn't increase pressure during cranking. After talking to my local Nissan dealership service department I was told it appeared that either the injector pump or the motor had failed.  The oil and filter was change on [XXX] and fuel filters were changed on [XXX]. And has always been changed at ORR Nissan in Searcy Arkansas.  If this had happened as I was going down a major highway or interstate it could have resulted in a major accident with possible injury or death due to the loss of steering.
