I was made aware from a mechanic at Hyundai there is a class action lawsuit for an engine defect  where the rod bearing breaks which damages the engine and can cause either the engine to seize or catch on fire.. Hyundai refused to fix the engine until it is deemed a total loss despite them being aware my vehicle is already displaying the symptoms of this engine defect.
