Looking at the head rest, the bar that keeps the ARS in place and locked in place, broke out of the plastic housing that was holding the head rest in the correct place. When the plastic housing broke the ARS deployed when the car was in park. If this had occured while driving it could have caused significant injury or an accident if the driver side head rest would have deployed while driving.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"PATRIOT","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
