When the vehicle is put in reverse the system and camera often do not work and issue a notice that it needs serviced.  On several occasions it did not warn me of a person behind my vehicle or another vehicle behind me.  I have avoided accidents but the system is not working.  I have been reading about it and it is common among this vehicle, many complaining that this is the worst rear collision camera on a car.  The screen is just black, sometimes with grid lines and sometimes without.
