I was in a different state, and it was pouring rain, my navigation, radio and OnStar ability was gone.  Chevy knows this is an ongoing issue with 2024 and said the radio is back ordered.  This car is a 2025 and its still and issue. The ability to fix it has been stated as unknown because they have no fix for the radio at this time in either year.    When you rely on Navigation to get you home and it leaves in torrential rainstorm, and you have no idea how to get home that is bad.  If I had been in an accident or God forbid rolled down a hill.  OnStar would not have been alerted to this and it could be a potential life or death issue.  Everything in the front of the car goes out.  I am not sure what else is affected as the car is new and I am learning all the different devices.  In all states nationwide it is illegal to hold your device, that is why we rely on this technology.  There is no lights or failure indication other than the OnStar goes red and the radio goes out.  OnStar has stated if my button is red, it's a hardware failure and they will not be alerted, and I will not be able to alert them to an emergency situation.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"TRAILBLAZER","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
