Using 1 pedal driving with no roll feature.  There was front camera error message as well as traction control warning light on.  My car started to move forward on it's own so I inadvertently hit the acceleration initially before I stepped on the brakes - car did not stop initially and I rear ended the stopped car in front of me.  Lucid kept my car for a week reviewing the logs and concluded there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and the incident was driver caused.  I have never stomped on the go pedal from a standing stop before.
