She narrowly miss being struck by another while attempting to navigate to the center lane of a busy highway with no power. Vehicle still had lights and dashboard display but would not move. After coming to a stop she turned the vehicle off completely, waited for a moment and then, attempted to start the vehicle. The vehicle started and she was  able to continue traveling down the road.
