According to the police report, this person's airbags deployed. Unfortunately, my airbag, although hit extremely hard, did not. I was injured pretty bad and had to get treatment for over a year. I am still not completely healed. I was uneasy about my airbag not deploying and was sent a safety recall notice explaining why it did not. To resolve the issue, the manufacturer is offering free repair of my vehicle. This is not sufficed, and I demand pain and suffering along with medical help. The airbag not deploying during my accident resulted in increased injury.
