The issue is the the driver front and passenger front head rests.  The head rest is only adjustable up to down, not forward or back. The current position of the head rest with the seat in normal upright driving position forces your head into your chest and you are looking at the floor with no neck support. There is no position to adequately support your head and neck with the current headrest.  It is tilted too far forward toward the windshield.  Dealer confirmed.  Dealer looked it over and said this is how its made.  No warnings.  Just the position of the headrest appears to be tilted extraordinarily  too far forward.  High potential for injury in a crash.  What I'd like to see is an alternate Headrest to alleviate the angle the current one poses upon the drive rand passenger.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EDGE","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
