Also when in an HOV lane with a dividing wall to the left and going around a highway curve it modulates brake/gas/brake/gas, etc. It will also occasionally pick up another vehicle on either side when on a highway curve and do the same thing. But it seems to operate properly in a straight line. I have spoken with Mazda Customer Service several times. The 1st case which was opened they never contacted me and closed the case.
