I am writing in reference to recall number 24v344. This is a software recall that was initiated almost 4 months ago and has not been addressed.  This diminishes the value of the vehicle and makes it unusable for my purposes.   In addition, there is a second new recall for #24V651.  This is the second time there have been issues with the door handles and possible water ingress. There was a previous recall on this issue which required inspection by the dealer and my vehicle was not affected. VW has had plenty of time to address this issue since the same issue was present on the last recall.    I use this vehicle in a rental business with Turo.
