I have been trying to get it repaired for a while now and continuously have been ignored. I have spoken to Toyota Customer Support and they told me that the warranty expired a couple months ago, and I have no record of them sending any communication out to us telling us it would expire, which was supposed to be what they needed to do per regulations.
