The vehicle lost momentum and revved before catching gear causing an intense jerk feeling like it had been rear-ended. Immediately following the jolt multiple errors were displayed across the dash including Drive-Start Control Malfunction, PKSB System Malfunction, Hybrid System Malfunction, DRCC & PCS system malfunction screens along with orange indicators for the brake system warning, driving assist, DRCC & PCS.  I was able to drive the vehicle in limp mode, as the transmission wouldn't shift up or down, to my local dealer who was able to verify multiple Pressure Control Solenoid error codes. After conferring with Toyota Engineering, they recommended a full transmission and torque converter replacement. Parts aren't readily available and the repair is expected to take between 4-8 weeks as they wait for new parts to come off the assembly line.
