It gets stuck and has a mind of its own. This started in August of 2024. This is a safety hazard, as I live in Alaska with very cold temperatures and blowing snow. This was reported to the only available dealership in my area. I even showed the Service Advisor a video on my phone that I took of the window not responding to the controls. I was told the window is just dirty and to wipe the rubber strips/seams down with alcohol pads. I\u2019ve done that several times now and it makes no difference. One morning last week, I spent 10 minutes in the rain on my way to work trying to get the window to go up.
