I ask when the next update would made current. I was told it would probably be in May.  I decided to wait until then and it would be more accurate. When I called, they told me that GM had decided not to furnish a new update. I then tried to order one for last year and they could not update that either. I was willing to pay for it. With all the changes in highway's, it is dangerous to try to use it. They sold me the navigation and then made it obsolete. They did Bluetooth the radio but not the navigation. This is a safety hazard, and I feel the least they could do is charge me for the update and furnish it. It is still accurate except for new streets and there are a lot of changes.
