Yes, it is available for inspection upon request. There was no beeping, no lights on the dashboard, or any other warnings prior to the AEB just abruptly stopping my car. Luckily I wasn't on the highway or going very fast because otherwise it would be EXTREMELY dangerous (whiplash, getting rear-ended, serious injury or death of myself or other driver(s), etc.). I took it to Nissan of Downtown LA to be looked at 9/14/24 with a 12PM appointment, but they were rude, not accommodating, and ultimately did not inspect it (\"The mechanics are all probably at lunch, and it's late now anyway. We close at 4pm.\") I told them specifically what the issue was and that it did not seem safe to just be driving around. Apparently Rogues are infamous for these AEB problems and have been recalled before, but not the 2019s.
