I also reached out to my extended warranty program and spoke with Siena at Nissan Corporate, who provided me with case number [XXX]. The part number needed is ASSY-24012-6 MA OC.  Despite my repeated follow-ups every three days with Sienna, I have been informed each time that the part remains on backorder with no estimated arrival date and that a loaner vehicle cannot be provided. Consequently, I am now forced to drive my car without windshield wipers, which is unsafe.
