I called the Dealership and they are refusing to fix the problem.  Looks like its just a software update is needed.  My car only has 24,666 miles and according to the letter should be fixed. [XXX]   I bought the car used in April and did a search for recalls prior to buying the car.  There is non on Mazda website or vin search.
