They thought it was not a problem, but when I explained the issue of rear cross traffic I was told to bring my vehicle in and that there is a fix. When asked why this doesn't work, or if this is a software update that was missed I was told that they do not know. Only that it is something that they can  \" add \" to my vehicle.
