There are multiple complaints about this in a Genesis blog, and dealers are unable to reproduce the problem to find the problem.  I contacted Genesis America and they cannot do anything because service technicians are unable to diagnose the problem.  Genesis MUST do something about this.  I can provide snapshots of the blog with the multiple complaints.
