Since day one the Lexus CAR GPS is failure, from point A to point B, it will take you to horrendous directions and waste your time and gas. I have complained to my dealership and Lexus itself. Lexus folks were very rude, dealership after long battle only in October 2024 i got to update my GPS Software.   Also gave my car for changing engine oil post service i am experiencing more wear and engine noise.   Post service i am noticing the rear hood door makes latching noise while driving.   This dealership is a sketchy and rip of people...
