This has occurred a few times today creating a safety hazard for the occupants of my vehicle and other drivers as I have lost visibility on that side of the vehicle while on the road. I have re-opened the mirror and after a few mins it closes up on its own again. Upon contacting the dealer, they informed me that they don't have any available appointments until 11/15. I reached out to Genesis Corporate and they changed my service dealership. I also informed them of what occurred.
