I have taken the vehicle to multiple dealership and they just tell me the part is on back order. I have contracted the Lincoln office 888-214-2155 three times now 9/2/24, 10/10/24, 10/30/24, and just get  the same answer. Someone will call me back. I never get a call back. My case # with Lincoln is [XXX].    The owners manual says that it is not safe to drive the vehicle with this issue however the dealer ship tell me it's ok.   What can I do to escalate this??
