I searched online and found the recall, but have not been officially notified yet. I had a similar incident the first month i owned it. I turned left into a parking spot, the car did not stop until hitting bushes in front of me. At that time I thought it was my error.  No, it has not been inspected. I was distraught and decided to leave it as is.
