The car could only coast. I was able to coast to a parking lot. I turned off the car and restarted it. It seemed fine so I drove home. The same thing happened again a couple of days later. We checked the codes and it had a p2112 error code. We replaced the throttle body and it seems fine now. However this is the second time we have had to replace the throttle body. The same thing happened in 2018 with about 74000 miles on the car. We replaced the throttle body then also.  From internet searches this seems to be a common problem. It is a big safety issue since the car loses the ability to accelerate unexpectedly.  I was lucky I was able to coast out of the way each time without causing an accident.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EXPEDITION","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
