They try to fix it on 3 different occasions without sucess. As of today they requested the vehicle as they recognized is a safety issue and handed my a temporary vehicle. They told me that the repair date is indefinite as the parts doesn't exist in the US, and was order directly to the manufacturer (outside of US).
