Since no cluster-related information such as speedometer or safety and diagnostic lights is available at this time, the car remains un-drivable until it eventually resolves.  Should it occur while the car is being driven, it can pose a significant safety risk as none of the vehicle\u2019s warning lights on the cluster are available.
