The peeling occurs in the clear coat layer, exposing the base coat to the sunlight and fading the color to white. There is a current TSB #T-SB-0004-20, but Toyota says my vehicle was manufactured outside the affected Production range, as you can see in the attached, my vehicle's clear coat peeling looks exactly as described in the TSB. I have seen online other people are experiencing this pushback as well from Toyota. This TSB should be extended at least through June of 2017 if not through the end of the year.
