Replaced with dealer and new horn failed after about 6 months and 7,000 miles.  Only realized after having to avoid a collision and being unable to use my horn. Having a faulty horn could be a factor in a collision, if a vehicle starts to merge into me without me having a way to avoid the collision other than alerting the other driver. The dealership replaced the first horn which was under warranty.
