Sometimes if you wait a few  hours it will then start, often times it has to get towed to the dealer.  Upon arrival at the dealership, it usually starts.  The Toyota dealership has been unable to correctly diagnose the problem.  As such, I spend money on repairs that do not actually fix it.  The latest \"diagnosis\" is that the steering lock actuator motor needs to be replaced.  Cost about $900.  There is no guarantee that replacing this part will fix the problem.  Calls to Toyota Corporation go unreturned.  I call them, log a case, the case is closed without a response.  Rinse and repeat.  Has happened three times already.  Clearly they do not care.  This is a very serious problem.
