This water then streaks diagonally down across the window, blurring the view through the drivers side mirror. I experienced this in two cars, once on the test drive on [XXX]  in Dublin, and once driving through the [XXX] in rainy conditions.  Rain is when you need visibility to be good. I have not experienced this in any other car I have driven.
