While driving on [XXX] on [XXX] at approximately 70 MPH, without any encroaching vehicles and with no road obstructions, the automatic emergency braking temporarily engaged on 2 occasions, indicator on dash indicated that it occurred, and I felt the wheels lock up for a short time. Fortunately, there was nobody very close behind me and I was able to maintain control of the car. In neither of these instances, did I physically apply the brake. I continued to drive the vehicle home at a decreased speed and have parked it in my garage. The vehicle mileage is 27043 and has no damage. An apparent dangerous malfunction with the vehicle's ADAS system (possible computer, camera or sensor.) I have spoken with the dealer and they are arranging to pick the vehicle up from my house. Unrelated, I had the vehicle oil changed at this same dealer (Genesis of Cherry Hill) at 6,000 miles and had to have it towed back to them the next day because they overfilled the oil, the CEL illuminated and it developed a misfire. Likely caused internal engine damage and flooded the VVT solenoids and likely aerated the oil, reducing its lubricating capability.
