A loud popping noise followed by spider cracking and fragmenting glass was the result.  After closing the top, the glass started to fall.  No foreign objects found.  Brand new vehicle, first time driving in severely cold weather, brought back to Ford dealership who found \"no reports\" of defective sunroof/moonroof.
