The driver side seat belt will no longer retract.  I took vehicle to the nearest dealership, and they said a repair would not be covered under warranty and quoted me at $375.00 for a $50 part and the rest being labor for about 1.5 hours of work.  I asked about any warranty since it was a safety issue but they said it was not covered. I am really disappointed to hear that the seat belt retraction not working and therefore causing the seatbelt to no function properly is not a safety concern for dodge.
