I have had the step motor replaced 9 months ago and now the nylon nut in the heater box is stripped out and the blend door does not operate at all. In looking for repair options I have come across several other owners who also have this same common issue with this vehicle. This is faulty on the manufacturers part and I am asking for a case to be opened to look into this issue.
