Toyota says they had a recall but that it expired. I brought the car to the dealer where it was original purchased (by the previous owner) and they completed a paint inspection and found \"excessive paint peeling\" but they are not willing to do anything. I called Toyota customer care but they have denied and closed my case (case #250109001939). There is at least a 2 foot section on the roof where the paint just peeled off and blew away.
