The issue happens when the normal steady wiper speed is selected and the issue isn\u2019t resolved until the wipers are turned off and on again then the issue persists. Ford will not cover this issue even with a bulletin for a car 2,000 miles over their warranty. Further more fords extended warranty they offer at their dealerships will not cover this issue as well even though it extends the manufacturer warranty.
