Mountain Chevrolet has had my vehicle since then, claiming to be unable to find replacement battery module.  The vehicle is available for inspection at Mountain Chevrolet (it has been left unlocked, unprotected, and exposed to the elements for almost 15 months now).  When the BECM failed, the vehicle lost virtually all power and slowed dramatically from highway speeds to ~20 mph.
