The BMWX7 was purchased on 5/25/24 and due to the recall is unsafe to drive.  We are frustrated with BMW and lack of response and fix for the problem as of 1/28/25. At present we have a very nice new car that is garaged and are unable to drive due to the liability of potential braking or lack of braking that could cause an accident and bodily harm.
