The paramedics arrived and the contact's wife was transported to the local hospital.  The contact\u2019s wife sustained injuries to both feet and legs.  The contact\u2019s wife was taken to several urgent care facilities for severe pain and physical therapy.  The contact\u2019s wife had preexisting conditions; however, the contact\u2019s wife was unable to walk due to the injuries.  In addition, the contact stated that the failure had occurred three times.  The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
