This happened soon after we purchased and again multiple time and when in traffic nearly cause cars behind to crash into us. This is very scary. We have taken into Honda dealership multiple times and the first time they said it came back with code for transmission failure and scheduled a new transmission but later said they are disregarding code and no problem with vehicle. The problem is not collision avoidance since sometimes happens when no other vehicles around.
