This is a big safety issue.  I took it to Nissan and they want to charge me over $5000.00 for parts to replace the finisher, the track/ frame and the seat back.  This is a 2018 vehicle, driven by a small female, with 68,000 miles.  This did not break, it is a defect, and Nissan should have to look at it and repair it.  2023 Rogues have a recall for exactify what is happening to my seat, I saw a recall for 2016 and 2014 Rogues for a seat issue as well.
