The issue was related to partial or improper function of the DSM which caused a drain on the battery and battery cell damage requiring full replacement. The fix was a software update to prevent recurrence which cost several hundred dollars (according to the Toyota Service Bulletin or TSB-0089) along with approx $200 for diagnostic analysis. The TSB work would have been covered if we had not exceeded 36,000 miles. We had the vehicle for 3 years and 1 month. I do not understand the mileage impact to the coverage of a firmware update as this was related to a no start condition and could have occurred when we stopped at a rest stop area as we were traveling across country at the time. I am very disappointed with the failure and the impact of getting several jump starts for our vehicle as well as the couple days waiting to get scheduled into a dealership and 4 hours to get fixed.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"TOYOTA","productModel":"SIENNA","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
