The parking brake was not engaged when the warning lights were on.  In mid-January the parking break went while the vehicle was stopped and in Park.  The brake would not release.  Upon being towed to the dealers, the issue communicated was the the electrical connector for the brake actuator was corroded and the entire wiring harness would need to be replaced.  This was odd given the truck was under a year old.    The vehicle has been at the dealership for a month with no ETA for the part(s).  Despite multiple calls with Stelantis corporate over the past 2 weeks they have been unable/unwilling to disclose the exact part needed, nor why there is no ETA for the part(s).","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"1500","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
