While backing out of a parking space, I put my foot on the brake to place the car in drive and the car kept rolling back no matter what I did and almost crash into the car park across. I was able to finally stop the car by placing it into park repeatedly. I was inches from striking the car across when it finally came to a stop. I then attempted to place it in drive again and no dice. I had to turn the car off and back on to get it to respond and place it back to drive. Anyone else experience this helpless feeling? Quite scary.
