The needle eventually goes to 1 but it seems like when I change gears to drive it \"hits hard\" then almost skids out and almost glides at times.  It doesn't happen every single time but it happens often enough where I don't feel safe driving.  The steering when I back out of a space also feels like it is \"skipping\".
