Again dangerous where children sit. This is with child lock on or off the problem continues.   The third complaint is the seat belts will not retract in the front seat but the dealership requires me to pay a fee to have it assessed. This is a \u201crecalled\u201dissue but it isn't for my vin   These three things seem to all fall shortly after buying the vehicle within the last four yrs.
